  • How long will my carpets and upholstery take to dry?
Our cleaning process removes as much moisture as possible so carpets are left slightly damp, but depending on the thickness of the carpet normally 4 - 10 hours, heating and ventilation helps speed up the process. You can still walk on the carpet but ensure you have clean shoes or feet and try to limit the traffic until completly dry. Upholstery can take longer to dry due to the padding / foam under the fabric.
  • Do you move furniture?
We move furniture, such as sofas, chairs and tables, clean the area and then move them back for you so there is no need to empty a room. However we don't move entertainment centres or heavy, large furniture.
  • How long before I can walk on the carpets?
If necessary you can walk on your carpets immediately but please ensure yours shoes or feet are clean and try to limit traffic until completely dry.
  • What do I need to prepare for your arrival?
Although we are insured we ask family heirlooms, ornaments, lamps and smaller items such as side tables are removed to help us move more efficiently within the area.
  • Will my stain come out?
This would depend on the type of stain, the actual fabric / carpet fibres, how long the stain has been there and what you may have done to remove the stain yourself. Advice will be given upon inspection.
  • What chemicals do you use?
We use leading market products which are water soluble, pet, child and allergy suffers safe. They will leave a slight pleasant smell (unless a deodoriser is requested to eliminate unpleasant smells sych as pets or accidental spillages).
  • How do I pay?
We accept cash, cheques or BAC's upon completion of the work.
  • What if I need to rearrange?
We accept life doesn't always go as planned but if you need to rearrange we appreciate as much notice as possible.
